Try Sign out/Sign In
Authentication

deal with it, please sign out of your Google account and then sign-in back
again.
Use a different browser
If the
first solution did not work for you, please try to load GMaps on a different
browser. This troubleshooting technique will help you to know whether the issue
is related to your browser or any other things. Ninety percent chance that the Google Maps not working issue

Clear browser cache and cookies
Web
browsers save cache and cookies to improve the browsing experience of the user.
These files improve the performance of a browser, but such things also cause
issues if the files are corrupted or outdated.
Open the
CLEAR BROWSING DATA panel by pressing [Ctrl + Shift + Delete] keys on your
keyboard. This trick is applicable if you are using Google Chrome or Edge
browsers.
Open Google Maps in incognito mode
Google Maps not working on your browser? We suggest you to lead Google Maps in an
incognito window. Maybe the issue is caused by any browser extension, browser
cache, or cookies. Open incognito mode by pressing Control + Shift + N (on
Windows) or Command + Shift + N (on Mac) keys.
Disable third-party extensions
There are
situations when third-party extension becomes conflicting and prevents Google
Maps from functioning properly. Therefore, we suggest you to disable all
browser extensions and then load Google Maps again.
