KLM Airlines Cancellation Policy

You may raise the request for the cancellation if you are from or to the United States after 24 hours from the booking and get the best possible refund

you have dined the boarding due to the theft of travel documents or the death of a relative or health complication then, raise the cancellation request along with related documents and get the complete refund value.

You are allowed to cancel your intercontinental trip or connecting flight if the flight has been delayed more than 3 hours from the departure of the flight time.

No cancellation fee would be applied if the flight cancellation is placed after 24 hours from the booking.

If you have purchased the fully flexible fare ticket then, cancellation charges will not be applicable.

As per the KLM Airlines Cancellation Policy, the cancellation will be accepted from authorized or legitimate sources namely mobile application or website direct passenger care helpline number, or from the airport.

If the airline rejects any travel documents such as visa, boarding pass, or other then, you can't continue your travel with KLM.

If you have placed the cancellation request then, you will get the acknowledgment on your associated email address as well as mobile number.

If any flyer encounters a flight delay or cancellation problem then, raise the cancellation request without any cancellation fee.

Premium economy Standard or Economy class standard flight tickets would be non-refundable after 24 hours from the booking.
