·         Basic economy ticket holders can place a cancellation request but, it will not be applicable after 24 hours from the ticket purchase.

·         Passenger can make their cancellation free of cost but, the flight ticket cancellation request must be raised the first 24 hours after the booking.

·         If a passenger has experienced a health issue, judicial orders, or the death of a family member then, after submitting the related documents, the passenger will get the full refund fare without any kind of penalty.

·         The cancellation charges will be based on the fare value of each traveler and it will take the combination of the class, distance, duration, category, or other essential things.

·         Passengers need to pay a cancellation fee of around 100 US dollars to 400 US dollars as a cancellation charge.

·         First-class or premium fare ticket holders can get a full refund but, the flight ticket should cancel at least 3 hours before the departure of the flight time.
